The One-on-One Relationship Council originates from the Delicate Lodge Teachings—the traditional wisdom of the indigenous peoples of South and North America.

A One-on-One Relationship Council is best held outdoors in nature in an undisturbed setting. The time required for both parties is approximately one hour.

Wisdom Council
Thousands of years ago, people already knew methods that took the burden of decision-making off the shoulders of a few and activated the wisdom of the collective. One of these methods is the Wisdom Council.
A Wisdom Council can be conducted for professional and private matters—by and with individuals, teams, organizations, and companies.
The focus is on a clear question. For example:
- What does it take for our business idea to reach its full potential?
- What do we need to consider before launching our new product?
- What do I need for a healthy inner balance?
- How can I find a job that gives me meaning and fulfillment?
The question is considered from eight different perspectives in the Wisdom Council. Not everyone involved in a Wisdom Council has to keep all perspectives in mind: each person contributes their view from one perspective, and together the complete, big picture emerges. This is relieving and creates trust. It leads to sustainable decisions, inspires the people involved in the Wisdom Council – and there is something magical about it.
